Sport Booster Smoothie


  • 1 Large handful of spinach
  • 1 Large handful of kale
  • 1 tbsp Wheatgrass powder
  • 1 tbsp Milled flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp Natural yoghurt
  • 350ml Coconut water (or water)
  • 1 Large handful of raspberries
  • 1 Apple, core removed and roughly chopped


  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add a little more water if necessary.
  3. Transfer to a chilled flask and drink throughout the day to keep hunger at bay and blood sugars balanced.
