Irish TV Chef Kwanghi Chan was born in Hong Kong and moved to Buncrana, Co Donegal at the age of eight. In 2011, he became Head Chef at the Michelin starred Cliff House Hotel in Ardmore, Co Waterford and in 2015, he took on the role of director of Soder+Ko in Dublin. In 2016 he then launched his own sauces and condiments Range, ChanChan, available across in major supermarkets and artisan stores. In 2018, Bites by Kwanghi, a simple rice & dumpling eatery was opened which is located in Malborough Street in Dublin 1.

Food writers, authors and broadcasters Patrick Hanlon and Russell Alford, better known as GastroGays, combine food and travel with delicious recipes and destination inspiration in their content. Began as a blog in 2013 which evolved into a full-time business in 2017, the pair particularly champion local Irish producers in the recipes they develop and share whilst also highlighting key food and drink industry personalities in their podcast Chew The Fat.

Starting his meal preparation service, Country Munch at the age of 18, Eoin has grown the business to produce meals for teams such as Limerick GAA, Munster Rugby & sports teams & people all over Ireland.​ Eoin has always showcased simple, healthy meals on his social media platforms and has gone on to become a resident chef on Virgin Media One Six O Clock Show.
